Imtiaz pioneers the first residential project handover on Dubai Islands with Beach Walk by Imtiaz

With the successful completion and handover of Beach Walk by Imtiaz, award-winning developer Imtiaz Developments has become the first developer to deliver a residential project on Dubai Islands. The project represents the first completed development within Imtiaz’s expanding Dubai Islands portfolio, which today exceeds Dh6 billion in total value. The handover marks an important milestone for the emerging waterfront destination as Dubai Islands moves into its next phase of development. Early Investment and Expanding Presence Imtiaz recognised the potential of Dubai Islands at an early stage of its master development. IMTIAZ Developments unveils The Symphony by Imtiaz, a project designed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects, with completion targeted for 2029. Dubai-based developer Imtiaz Developments has announced the launch of The Symphony by Imtiaz, a DH1 billion residential, retail, and office landmark designed in collaboration with globally acclaimed Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA). It is the company’s most ambitious development within its AED 3 billion (~USD 816 million) Meydan portfolio. Located in Meydan, The Symphony rises over a 4,234 sq. m plot as a sculptural mixed-use development comprising ultra-luxury residences, offices and retail units. The architectural language is drawn from traditional UAE crafts — Sadu weaving and Talli embroidery — translating their intricate geometries into fluid, contemporary spatial forms.
