With the successful completion and handover of Beach Walk by Imtiaz, award-winning developer Imtiaz Developments has become the first developer to deliver a residential project on Dubai Islands.
The project represents the first completed development within Imtiaz’s expanding Dubai Islands portfolio, which today exceeds Dh6 billion in total value.
The handover marks an important milestone for the emerging waterfront destination as Dubai Islands moves into its next phase of development.
